Relaxed and inclusive classes accompanied by handpicked playlists help you find your flow and go your own way. Practise an uncomplicated, sustainable style of yoga that’s suitable for all.
Wednesdays 6.30-7.30pm
Havenstreet Community Centre, Main Road, Havenstreet, Isle of Wight, PO33 4DH.
£7 per session, £25 for 4 consecutive weeks.
A mid-week fix of easy going movements suitable for all levels helping you drop tension, build strength and improve flexibility. Please wear comfy clothing and bring your own mat and a blanket. Free parking on main road.
Please call to check class availability. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and a blanket for relaxation (spare mats are available to borrow for those who want to come along and try a class for the first time).
Home visits can be arranged providing there is a suitable space.
If you feel nervous about attending a group class this can be a great way to get started and build confidence. For those recovering from injury or requiring a little more personal support this is also a great option. Or perhaps you just feel like indulging in some time that is truly yours on the mat.
